2024 Scholarship Guidelines
This scholarship will pay $1,000 or the budgeted amount for the current year to
attend the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
Applications will only be available digitally.

ELIGIBILITY
1. Student must be a female graduating high school senior.
2. Must be a Jefferson County resident must attend Pine Bluff High School, White Hall High School or Watson Chapel High School
3. Student must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5.
4. Student must attend the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
a) Scholarships must be taken within the first year following the student graduating from H.S.
b) The scholarship is eligible starting with the first summer session of 2024.
c) Scholarships will be paid directly to the university following verification of her GPA and enrollment at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
Use of Scholarship:
1. Tuition
2. Books
3. Room and board
4. Fees
Application Packet must include:
1. The 2024 Scholarship Application completed online application form. Click: for the 2024 Scholarship Application.
2. Two (2) letters of recommendations from your high school faculty or staff, counselor, pastor, supervisor,
community leaders or community member. (It cannot be a relative from any of these capacities)
3. Short Essay
4. Transcript- Unofficial Transcripts can be tentatively accepted to meet the packet deadline requirements.
If you are awarded this scholarship your GPA must be verified with the GPA you submitted on your application packet or better to receive your award.
Awardee Verification Methods: If you are awarded please have your counselor or school official to email a copy of your current official transcript to: [email protected] with your name in the subject box. You may also want them to CC a copy to your email address for your confirmation.
Application Deadline and Selection Dates
1. The deadline for completing the online scholarship application and returning supporting documents for the application to the Delta Omega Omega Scholarship Committee is Friday, March 1, 2024
2. A congratulatory letter will be sent by email to the individual(s) who are awarded a scholarship. All award information will be sent via [email protected]. Please check your email regularly for any documentation request or award information.
3. Incomplete packets will not be considered.
